TIENDAS Y MUSEOS CANARIOS provides citizens with a transparency portal, in accordance with the legislation in force, in order to strengthen the transparency of its public activity, as well as to regulate and guarantee the right to access information about its activity and the obligations of good governance that it must fulfil as an institution, so that they can easily access public information about it.
In addition to the information published on our portal, all citizens can access public information under the terms provided for in Law 19/2019, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance; Law 12/2014 on transparency and access to public information; Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on accessibility to public sector websites and applications for mobile devices and the rest of the legal system.
The portal also tries to follow the recommendations of the organisation Transparency International-Spain.
